HOLY HIIT
TUES | 6-6.30PM | HOULTON HIGH | BLITZ PACKAGE
One of our most popular classes of the week.
This is a high impact - high energy session.
Although low impact alternatives will be given.
This is a body weight class which you can expect an high calorie burn from in less time.
Also improves stamina & cardiovascular health, high fat burn & helps relieves stress

TOTAL TONE
THURS |6-6.30PM | HOULTON HIGH | BLITZ PACKAGE
One of our most popular classes of the week.
This is a low impact session but that doesnt mean low intensity. This session will still make you sweat.
This is a body weight class which focusing on strength, conditioning, toning, mobility and flexibility .
Also builds strength , increases your energy levels, improves aerobic fitness & reduces stress and builds confidence.

FIT 4
TUES | 6.30-7.15PM | HOULTON HIGH
BLITZ & BOOTCAMP PACKAGE
Our first circuit class of the week!
This 45 minute session varies each week and consists of body weight & weighted exercises
Focusing on 4 areas, upper body, lower body, core and mobility.
Also improves muscular strength, endurance & cardiovascular health. It can also lift your mood and perfect to combine with HOLY HIIT for the ultimate workout.

BOOTCAMP PACKAGE
The best way to start the weekend!
Our Big Friday Circuit consists of 20 stations using a combination of different weighted equipment and body weight exercises.
This is a total body workout, gurannteed to work up a sweat whilst improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.
Also builds strength , increases your energy levels, reduces stress and builds confidence.

SUNDAY SWEAT
SUN | 9-10AM | IMPACT DANCE | BOOTCAMP PACKAGE
Our only morning session of the week.
Our Sunday Sweat class, consists of weighted and body weighted exercises . A different type of layout each and every week.
This is a total body workout, gurannteed to work up a sweat whilst improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.
Also builds strength , increases your energy levels, reduces stress and builds confidence.
