OUR STORY

Bootcamps was born during the lockdown of 2020, in the car park next to our original studio. Using only tyres for equipment, we developed a unique yet challenging circuit based workout, which had our clients leaving our sessions smiling yet sweaty. Since then, our classes have grown and evolved and we are offering more than ever before.

Our Moto at FITMOB is Train Together Change Together.

We are a community who encourages one another no matter what your fitness level, ability, age or goals.

Our classes are designed not only to develop confidence but to also build a stronger and healthier body and mind and a healthier approach to exercise. Your'll never hear me telling you , you have to work harder to burn off those calories. But i will also encourage you to achieve what you are capable of.

I believe we should exercise so we can handle everyday life easier, to build a stress free life and longevity.

 

Each exercise has a specific function to ensure every workout is a total body workout. We use range of different equipment and weights to ensure everyone is challenged and can reach their goals.

Sessions are lead by Head Coach Aisha Matthews, who has over 17 years experience working in the Dance, Coaching and Fitness industry. 

Aishas qualifications include:

  • Level 4 IDTA Dance teacher

  • Level 3 Personal trainer

  • Level 3 Pre and Postnatal 

  • Level 2 Exercise to Music

  • Level 2  Fitness Instructor

  • Level 2 Mental Health awareness

  • Level 2 exercise and Training through Menopause.

  • Various Sports coaching qualifications including

  • level 2 bikeability 

Exercise not only changes your body,

its changes your mind, your attitude and your mood.
