FITMOB is a positive, supportive environment where the emphasis is performing exercise to achieve total health & fitness. At FITMOB we provide a range of different classes which are suitable for everyone no matter your age, ability or fitness level. No session is ever the same.

FIT MOM

MON | 10-10.45 | HILLMORTON COMMUNITY CENTRE 

Our ladies only circuit class.

This will be a 45 minute class which includes bodyweight and weighted exercises, focusing on building strength & endurance and cardiovascular health and improving confidence and self esteem.

It will be suitable for all abilities and you also have the option to bring along your little rascal with you.

TUES | 6.30-7.30PM | HOULTON HIGH

Circuit training ,with a difference!

Single station circuit combining bodyweight  & weighted exercises. 

20 stations | 2 rounds

 

This class is a total body workout  which is designed for you to feel you have worked every muscle.

 

Also builds strength , increases your energy levels, improves aerobic fitness & reduces stress and builds confidence.

fit 5 - CIRCUITS

THURS | 6.30-7.15PM | HOULTON HIGH 

Our zone workout!

This 45 min session varies each week and consists of body weight & weighted exercises

Alternating between 5 different areas of fitness each with, Upper ,lower, core cardio and mobility.

 

Also improves muscular strength, endurance & cardiovascular health.  It can also lift your mood.

The best way to start the weekend!

Our Big Friday Challenge is  a combination of different weighted equipment and body weight exercises.

This is a total body workout, and a chance to push yourself as a team or individually guranteed to work up a sweat whilst improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance and also mindset.

Also builds strength , increases your energy levels, reduces stress and builds confidence.

SUNDAY SWEAT

SUN | 9-10AM | IMPACT DANCE

Our weekend session!.

Our Sunday Sweat class, consists of weighted and body weighted exercises . A different type of layout each and every week.

This is a total body workout, gurannteed to work up a sweat whilst improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.

Also builds strength , increases your energy levels, reduces stress and builds confidence.

This class will be outside during the summer months.
