FITMOB is a positive, supportive environment where the emphasis is performing exercise to achieve total health & fitness. At FITMOB we provide a range of different classes which are suitable for everyone no matter your age, ability or fitness level. No session is ever the same.
If you are looking for a workout that challenges you whilst making you sweat & smile, epic playlists an amazing atmosphere with like minded individuals, FITMOB is the place for you.

FIT MOM
MON | 10-10.45 | HILLMORTON COMMUNITY CENTRE
Our ladies only circuit class.
This will be a 45 minute class which includes bodyweight and weighted exercises, focusing on building strength & endurance and cardiovascular health and improving confidence and self esteem.
It will be suitable for all abilities and you also have the option to bring along your little rascal with you.

NEW CLASS STARTING OCTOBER
Sculpt, strengthen, and refine. This class blends resistance training, functional strength moves, and bodyweight conditioning to help you build lean muscle and definition from head to toe. Expect a dynamic mix of controlled strength work, high-energy intervals, and mobility drills that challenge every major muscle group. You’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and defined.

CIRCUITS - BTC

Circuit training ,with a difference!
Single station circuit combining bodyweight & weighted exercises.
20 stations | 2 rounds
This class is a total body workout which is designed for you to feel you have worked every muscle.
Also builds strength , increases your energy levels, improves aerobic fitness & reduces stress and builds confidence.

FITGRIT - OUTDOOR CIRCUITS
Will return in the Spring next year.
Our outdoor circuit us taking back to our roots.
Held in the car park of impact dance, think tyre flips, sandbags, hammers, battle ropes.
Total body workout, guranteed to work up a sweat whilst improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance
Each FITGRIT will be limited to 10 people to make theis a more enjoyable class for all.

CIRCUITS - FITZONE

Our zone workout!
This 45 min session varies each week and consists of body weight & weighted exercises
Alternating between 5 different areas of fitness each with, Upper ,lower, core cardio and mobility.
Also improves muscular strength, endurance & cardiovascular health. It can also lift your mood.
Perfect for beginners

FIT BARRE
SUN | 8.30-9.15 | HILLMORTON COMMUNITY CENTRE
Our low impact session.
Barre is low impact class suitable for all abilities
Its a combination of Pilates & ballet to give you a total body workout. Designed to strengthen and tone and improve mobility and flexibility.
Each Barre class will be limited to 10 people to make this a more enjoyable class for all.

At the Kitchen, classes are more than workouts, they re recipes for resilience.Our menu ombines reformer pilates,barre, strength training. Every session is crafted with intention to leave you feeling stronger, balanced and inspired.
Temper
The Temper collection is where fire meets focus. Each class is carefully crafted to challenge your body, sharpern your form, and build strength with intention.

Simmer
Our Simmer collection offers a gentler blend of movement, where control and precision take centre stage. Perfect for restoring balance, easing tension and building strength without strain.
