Our coaches guide you through safely structured strength, mobility, and core-restoration circuits that help you rebuild from the inside out. Every session focuses on posture, pelvic floor awareness, functional strength, and the energy you need for everyday motherhood.

Fit Circuits — 20 Stations. Endless Energy. One Full-Body Burn.
Fit Circuits is our fast-paced, high-variety circuit class designed to keep you moving, motivated, and challenged from start to finish. Across 20 dynamic stations, you’ll hit every major muscle group with a mix of strength, cardio, power, and core work—perfect for building all-round fitness without overthinking a thing.
Move at your own pace, follow the flow, and let the energy of the room push you further than you thought possible. Every station, every round, every minute is designed to keep things fresh, fun, and fiercely effective.

FITGRIT - OUTDOOR CIRCUITS

Our outdoor circuit us taking back to our roots.
Held in the car park of impact dance, think tyre flips, sandbags, hammers, battle ropes.
Total body workout, guranteed to work up a sweat whilst improving cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance
Each FITGRIT will be limited to 10 people to make theis a more enjoyable class for all.

Fit Zone is a structured, full-body training experience built around six targeted workout zones. Each zone focuses on a different element of fitness, strength, power, conditioning, core, mobility, and endurance. giving you a complete, intelligently balanced session every time you train.
You’ll rotate through each zone with guided coaching, progressive challenges, and scalable options that meet you exactly where you are. The pace is electric, the variety is addictive, and the results speak for themselves.
