The Kitchen was built during one of the toughest chapters of my life. When everything felt heavy, movement became my safe space,the one place I could breathe, reset, and slowly put myself back together. This studio grew out of that experience. It’s more than a training space; it’s a reminder that strength isn’t just physical, and that showing up,exactly as you are,is enough.
Here, you’re not expected to be perfect. You’re not expected to have it all together.
You just need to turn up.
Because if The Kitchen became my safe space, I want it to be yours too.
Inside these walls, we mix mindful movement with science-backed strength training to help you feel grounded, powerful, and supported. With small-group strength sessions, Reformer Pilates, barre, and personalised coaching, every session is designed with intention, care, and honesty.
And this part matters most: you are the secret ingredient.

The Kitchen by Fitmob is based at Impact Dance, Mill Road.
There is free parking on site.
We offer small group classes, Reformer Pilates, 1-1 or 2-1, Barre, Mum and Baby Barre as well as personal training.
Each session is tailor made to your needs and goals.
